Cancellation Policy

One Touch Party Decor Policy 1. Reservation and Booking: All decor rentals are subject to availability. Customers are encouraged to book well in advance to secure their desired items. To make a reservation, customers must provide a deposit of 30%, which will be deducted from the total rental cost. 2. Rental Period: The standard rental period is 2 days, beginning on the date of pickup or delivery. Additional days can be arranged for an extra fee. Decor items should be returned by specify Return Time on the agreed-upon return date. 3. Pickup and Delivery: Customers must to pick up rented items from our location. Customers are responsible for inspecting items upon pickup or delivery and reporting any damages immediately. 4. Damages and Loss: Customers are responsible for the care and safekeeping of rented items during the rental period. If any items are damaged or lost during the rental period, the customer will be charged the full replacement cost. Damaged items must be return. 5- Cancelation In case of cancelation, the 30% paid is not refundable.
